Car insurance fees and charges

We believe in being completely upfront about our fees and charges. That way, there are no surprises waiting for you after you take out a policy.

• If you cancel your policy within 14 days - £38 plus a charge in proportion to the period of cover you have enjoyed 
• If you cancel your policy after 14 days - £38 plus a charge in proportion to the period of cover you have enjoyed.
• If you default on a payment - £25
• If you want a duplicate copy of either your policy documents or proof of No Claims Discount - £20
• Administration fee - Up to £30  (changes made during the lifetime of the policy)
• If you do not return a signed copy of your credit agreement within 14 days of receiving your policy documents - £15 (applies to customers paying by monthly instalments only)
