Is the charity donation part of my insurance price?

No, not at all. You can rest assured that the charity donation is completely funded by ibuyeco at no additional cost to you.

If I cancel my policy will the charity still receive ibuyeco’s donation?

Yes, the charity will still receive the donation from ibuyeco even if you cancel your policy as long as it’s after the 14 day cooling off period.

I already give money to charity; can I opt out of the charitable payment and get cheaper home insurance with ibuyeco?

Unfortunately not, as we are committed to helping these causes. ibuyeco is competitively priced and we try to find you the best price from our panel of insurers.

Can I choose which eco charity ibuyeco’s donation is made too?

Yes, customers can chose any one of the three eco charities we are currently supporting for up to £5 to be donated to.

Can I suggest which charities you donate to in the future?
